Vuelvo S.A.S. was incorporated on 5 March 2026 in San Rafael del Yuma, Provincia La Altagracia, Dominican Republic, with a single-focus mission: build AI-native software for search and rescue, emergency response, and humanitarian operations — starting in the Dominican Republic, deploying globally.
Investor-friendly by design
Single-class common shares aligned with venture-grade standards. SAFE and convertible notes are explicitly contemplated in the bylaws. Upon obtaining institutional financing, Vuelvo would consider an international reorganization (Entity Flip) to a venture-grade holding vehicle.
